Select Delete Vehicle to remove a vehicle from the system.
Procedure
To delete a vehicle:
From the Admin menu, select Vehicles. The Manage Vehicles window opens.
From the Actions column, select the Delete icon adjacent to the vehicle you want to delete. A message asking, “Are you sure you want to delete vehicle [name]?” appears.
Select Yes. Another message opens saying, "XRS Relay TGT# [TGT number] is installed. This will uninstall the XRS Relay. Do you wish to continue?"
Select Yes to return to the Manage Vehicles window. Your vehicle has been successfully deleted.
Select OK.
Important Note: If a vehicle has any inspections or associated data in the system, such as Relay positions, manually added distance, fuel purchases, diagnostics, or malfunctions from within six years prior to the current month, you will not be able to delete that vehicle. Similarly, you will not be able to delete a trailer if that trailer has any inspections in the system within two years prior to the current date.
