Filtering Results
You can filter results by Organization, Status, or Resource Group.
- The Organization filter allows you to narrow the data by specific organizations within your company. Check the organizations you want to include in the display and select Save.
- The Status filter allows you to to filter the data by driver status—Inactive, Active, or Both. Choose the status you want to filter the data by and then select Save.
- The Resource Group filter allows you to filter the data by Resource Groups assigned within your company. Check the Resource Groups you want to include in the display and select Save.
To remove all filters, select the Reset icon .
Searching Results
To search the list:
- Select the Search icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter a search term in the Find box.
- Select which field to search from in the drop-down menu. You can search by Driver ID, Username, License #, First Name, Last Name, or Payroll ID.
- Press Enter on your keyboard to return all results that match your search terms.
Hiding and Showing Columns
You can hide or show columns by holding your cursor over the right corner of any column and selecting the drop-down arrow. Check or uncheck specific columns to show or hide them in the window.
The following columns are hidden by default: License Expiration, Last Device, Last Vehicle, Last Communication, First Name, Last Name, and Payroll ID.
Sorting Results
You can sort the results based on any column in the window by selecting the column heading. For instance, if you want to sort the data according to Driver Name, select the Driver Name column heading.
Exporting Results
You can export the data in the columns that are currently displayed or you can export the data in all columns, including those that are hidden.
- To export the data in the columns that are currently displayed, select Export.
- To export the data in all columns, including those that are not currently displayed, select Export Details.
Selecting either option generates a .csv file containing the driver information. You can either open the file or save it to your local hard drive.
If an Export Failed message appears:
- Select OK.
- Re-enter your search criteria and select Enter.
- Select Export or Export Details.

Importing Data
